Ordering Info

Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are usually shipped the following business day with the exception of monogrammed items. Personalized/Monogrammed items will be shipped within one week or ordering. If you see something you like and need a different size please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Monogramming Charges:

Allow 7 days for embroidery. Price for name only is $8.00

Return Policy:

All returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and have the tags attached.
Merchandise must be returned in the original condition, unused and unwashed.
Upon receipt of your returned item we will issue a refund for the purchase price in the same form of payment used for the purchase.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include:

• Items discounted 40% off or more.
• Special orders and monogrammed items.
• Hair bows, hair clips, headbands, headwraps, and hats.

Return shipping charges are not refundable.
